Track is off 125b escavator

I can't get the idler wheel to retract in. I have removed the grease insert but unable to get it to retract

Been a long time but some times you need a com-a-long or other such thing to pull it back and even then not easy

When I put new rubber tracks on my Kubota KX41 I put a peice of 4x4 endwise against the front of the idler and the other end in the bucket and folded the dipper in. Idler went back and a big greese terd came out. Took less than an hour to replace both of them.
