Went to adjust my pto clutch pack per specs. My service manual shows two pins. One would be locked the other not. I understand how to adjust, but only see one pin on the collar and it was locked. So, am I missing one or is that how it is?

Did you turn pto looking for the other one? Just did my 730. I &at shop manuals are hard to follow in my opinion. Nothing like hands on experience and buddy that can advise you.

I turned it but was bumping the engine over and it was just me so could have missed it. I got a genuine original CASE service manual so pretty detailed. I'm gonna try again with some help after work tonight.

I have a 930CK "64 6sp

mine has two pins. There are three sides to the collar, two have pins, one has nothing.

I remove the plate, using needle nose pliers, I pull the pin by caming against the housing, and twist the PTO shaft with my hand CCW to tighten.

When I hear the click of the other pin dropping in, I rotate the shaft until I can feel the other pin.

remember which way you turned to go from one to the other, and then reverse it each time. (I talk out loud to myself to help me remember)

taking the plate off/on takes longer than adjusting
