Hey guys,
I have a 731 that I just finished putting back together after having the crank turned. The tractor ran mint prior to splitting it into a million pieces in the barn, but now it refuses to stay running for more than 10 seconds. I filled the tank and bled the fuel system (all filters, injectors and return line) and replaced the first two filters. The third filter is on order. The first two filters were really nasty so I suspect #3 won't be too hot either.
I know the timing marks were dead on when I reassembled it and the valves are adjusted correctly. I'm kind of at a loss at this point. It will fire over and stay running for 10 seconds or so with a little ether/wd40, smoke like crazy and slowly die. Any help would be appreciated, sorry for the essay, just trying to be thorough!
