Picked up a 1370 the other day from a guy. Its in great shape and everything works great. But the enging he says if u work it, it over heats and the oil is all foamy. I plan on sending the heads in for checking but i pulled the heads off last night and found one of the steel seals around the piston had a 1/4" pice fliped over. Could this be the prob? Thanks for any advice!!!

Does the engine oil look gray and have any moisture showing on the dipstick? Could crack the drain plug loose and see if there is any coolant in the engine oil. Don't know why else the oil would look foamy unless it is sucking air into the oil pump. Rod.

Yes that was the first thing i did when i got their, he said it hadent ran for about four months. so i cracked the plug and probably two soup cand of coolant came out. yeah a little on the cap of the dipstick.
