Well with everything else going on the Uncle hooked on the plow two days ago and started plowing since the sap wasn't running. This is the 100A ield in front of the saphouse that I was swiming across on the 440 two weeks ago.
I went over to the other woods with my Kubota and started cutting next years firewood for my house.
We will probably collect sap this afternoon for the last time in 2014. Then we will have to take down all the buckets, pull the spiles, and then wash all the buckets. Then go to picking rocks.

I couldn't get the pic looking the other way from the saphouse road to post earlier, but here it is now. The field is the biggest on the farm, and usually divided into 3 stripps. The field is rite at 1 mile long.

Looks like nice soil.Usually not on this time of day, but it is raining here. Outside work is all I have at the moment.
