I really enjoyed Rods post a couple weeks ago when he posted this. Remember when you could hang a Snap On calendar in the shop ? Well I put this on my toolbox at work ,and it was strongly suggested that I hang it somewhere other than in the Machine shop. I wonder what group of diverse employees I offended ? Times have changed. UHG!

Yes Chuck, they are. Yes I remember the Snap-On calenders, Ridgid Pipe and tool had one also, had to remove because they could be demaning to women. What about Sports Illustrated's swim suit edition?? Or better yet the Victoria Secrets underwear show on TV.And your poster, it is funny. While violence in the work place IS a serious issue, We need to take a step back, take a deep breath and enjoy the humor sometimes and quit looking for any excuse to be offended. my .02 worth. gobble

Chuck, Snap On hasn't had a "girl" calendar in years. Here's the story we got...A snap on dealer had girl calendars made up, some woman at a garage somewhere had a huge fit about it and sued Snap-on. It cost Snap-on big money, Snap-on tells their dealers if they get caught putting Snap-on on girly calendars Snap-on will pull their dealership. True story or not? I'm not sure. But Matco has Playboy playmates on their calendar, go figure. If something offends you, don't look at it!! JW here is a calendar you should have made up for your tractor sales.

Chuck, I can't imagine that warning sign offending anyone, it is one of the cutest to come along in years, but like you say the world is a changing. Speaking of the Snap-On calendar, remember the NAPA Parts Pups of perhaps 20 yr ago, all of the sudden they dropped their topless models also. Rod.

It is because they are thin skin'd crybabies! If they get offended they cry just like a 2 year old and want everyone to do and like only what they like, screw what makes you happy bow down to them! I am old and opinionated and remember the good ol days when majority ruled not whiners.

It makes sense. You can't have a calender of scantily clad women around, but the schools and malls are full of little girls dressed like whores.

Yeah, in my shop when some of the women (including the receptionist) had to be told to take down their nudie beefcake calenders, then all the girlie calenders had to be put away too. I guess that was fair.
