2594 no reverse

Got a 2594 to work on coming thurs. all gears work in foward but no reverse. Thanks Derek

Just wondering if the shift point is out of the 'H' pattern. I've had to remove the boot and unbolt the stick and realign before.

More info is needed, does it act normal in the forward speeds, any unusual engine laboring, does it seem as though it is in neutral when placed in rev. or does the engine labor? Any noises? Usually this is a electrical issue, that is if there are no trany noises. Solenoid, switch, connector or relay and that is easy to test for when you get the tractor. If that all checks OK then you know you have a C-4 issue in the tractor. Rod.

Sir,
This is a 24 speed power shift tractor with electric over hydrailic controlled gear selection, including the multiple reverses.
It don't have a shifting stick like your tractor does.

does the rps lever move into the reverse position There is a reverse interlock cable and mechanism that prevents you from going into reverse in 4th gear There may be something wrong with the interlock if you cant move the lever into rev
