Who owns the Case Company now?It is not Fiat,is it still Tenneco or did someone else buy it?

Fiat does own CASE, as well as New Holland & Chrysler.

The "CASE" construction line,I don't think does belong to FIAT.They pulled all the Contracts when Fiat took over.They still say CASE and have the Tenneco style lettering.But I could be 100% wrong.We are looking at track hoes and not going the Fiat route.

Case Construction is all part of Fiat. their track hoes are built by Sumitoma (sp?) and is the same machine as the comparable Link Belt.....just as the Deere and Hitachi are the same machine

Ok, thank you for the info.Some of Deeres and NH are built by Yanmar.
