What part of WI were you in today? At the engine shop I work at we get to see all kinds of tie down methods. My favorite was the engine/trans. assembly on a trailer held down with 6 tarp straps. Glad I wasn't on the road with him.

Speaking of that, someone hit a deer in front of our house a few nights ago, and never even stopped. And that's not even the first time we've seen that happen either.

One time going thru St. Louis I saw a 650 Honda cycle roped to the roof of a Honda Civic, no blankie under it either.

best one I ever saw was a Honda Foreman four wheeler loaded on the roof of a Subaru station wagon, tie down straps run through the windows.
