Tom old friend, have a case dual DC hyd question.I bought a foot clutch DC, rough but sounds decent. Plan on replacing loader DC. The 3 point hyd check valve is on left upper outlet. right is return to filter. My books are stored, would you please check manuels as I was thinking it should be on right outlet. The whole setup seems backward as there would be noway to have limited down pressure on eagle hitch set up this way.

There is no partial down pressure on a DC hydraulic unit. It is meant to have no down pressure, but it is possible to re-plumb it to have full down pressure. However, if you do this, then you will have no float position for plowing. Also, you will probably bend the draft arms, since they were not designed for down pressure.

Also, there is no external check valve. That fitting is a flow restrictor that prevents an implement from dropping too quickly. You can turn the screw outward to remove the restriction, or inward to decrease the drop speed of the implement.

Yes at Toms age he needs all the thunder he can get lol Thanks saves me digging through stored material
