Nope,he eats like a bird. Good worker and like his dad and grandpa before him he loves to drive tractors. In about '52 I started on a SC just like that. Kinda nice that some things don't change in 62 years.

That's about the time I started with that Case. My Grandpa had a B John Deere, I became real close to it and the SC. SC had the starter, Deere you spun the flywheel. I'm of 1944 vintage and it took awhile until I could start that thing...We still put loose hay into the loft until the early 50s, and that was work! I used to cuss stacking bales in my teen years, but I was to young to be forking that loose hay to the sides. We used the last team on the farm to pull the sling up....

OPVet the pics made my day, tractor & hay looks great.. .looking forward to buying good hay this year. Thanks for taking the time to post john

CCSC,your grandson has a nice looking tractor & looks like he has it under control. Thanks for posting....warm weather doesn't stay long 2 nice days and . 37 for a high Sunday

Wha "back-en-the day" I can remember rolling straw bales away from the back of the baler. Dusty dirty job. I swear them straw-piles got bigger from one field to another.Dad would use a 3-tinefork to stuff that old NH baler and when the pulanger had a big wade that MH 44 would really gunt. I was oh about 6 or 7 then didn"t eat much, made up for it in the years ta come and not ta mention using the car. Sure wish I had pictures of them days. God Bless
