Case planters

Had a discussion at coffee this morning. When did Case quit making corn planters? Did they build their own or buy from somebody else? Fella found some old cast iron plates in his shed with the eagle on them but couldn't remember his dad/grandpa have a Case planter.

1970 is when they dropped planting equipment, they did have carry over units that sold in later years, some tillage equipment was made later as well as combine headers but planters/drills combines balers ect were discontinued in 1970, Case made their own planters up to this point
