Thank you for posting this, my hat is off to you.
But most all I thank all veteran's, they were there for this country and all of us. I was in Apple Bee's this afternoon and they were full, as they were offering a free meal if you were one, I noticed a older(Veteran) man across from me and the sun was in his face, he never complained he just ate his meal with his wife, I asked the waitress if there was something that could be done, she said the blind was broken, so I offered my table, he declined, so I bought his wife dinner anonymously, they thought it was so special, but it was me that got choked up, and felt that way. Sorry for the out pouring of emotion, but affected me today, my Dad was with Patton in Germany, my brother up in the DMZ in Vietnam. Yes, I'm proud to be a American
