Thank you veterans!

I know I am a little late getting this posted, but I thought better late than never. I took these Photos at Golden Gate National Cemetary when I went down there for a get together of Studebaker Truck guys. I live in Salem, Oregon and the trip was right at 1700 miles in my 1960 Studebaker Hawk.

Thank you for posting this, my hat is off to you.

But most all I thank all veteran's, they were there for this country and all of us. I was in Apple Bee's this afternoon and they were full, as they were offering a free meal if you were one, I noticed a older(Veteran) man across from me and the sun was in his face, he never complained he just ate his meal with his wife, I asked the waitress if there was something that could be done, she said the blind was broken, so I offered my table, he declined, so I bought his wife dinner anonymously, they thought it was so special, but it was me that got choked up, and felt that way.
Sorry for the out pouring of emotion, but affected me today, my Dad was with Patton in Germany, my brother up in the DMZ in Vietnam. Yes, I'm proud to be a American

I work with several fellows in our Electric Shop that are veteran's. We say thanks, but it never seems like enough when you consider they were willing to die for us if necessary. Sometimes hard to imagine what courage it took to be in a war. Thanks for posting and " THANK YOU " to all veterans who protect us.

Very nice post. Nice pics., and all the memorials in line are a very dramatic view of the losses that this nation has occured so we can enjoy our freedom, to do as we wish.
