does any one no how to take the two pines out of front swivel hub on a 4x4 case 580d so i can chang u joints

Unless they are rusted, they should just come out. Place a jack under the wheel hub and use a sledge to give a tap on the axle housing to get the top pin out ..the opposite way for the bottom pin

I have done many of those and they range from loose enough to remove easily to township machines that handle salt for icy roads and they can be brutal. As a last resort you can heat the casting cherry red at the back where it's thin and get them to move. A good air chisel with a blunt 1/2 shank will help you to get them turning. It's not fun sometimes. Hint, replace the support bushings in both the axle housing and the hub as well as the seals. Gonna edit this again for more info, check the pins and bushings before disassembly and if there is much play replace necessary pins and bearings in the axle. Seals don't do well where there is an alignment problem.
