G164 engine repair

Trying to help a new friend. He just bought a 350 and needs to rebuild the engine. Any ideas where to find piston and sleeves for it? Has anyone taking sleeves out and run pistons in block and if so what kind of application are they from?

Does the G164 block have the bolt on access panels on the side?

Yes it has a large cover on left side

I have a couple of partial engines in my shed. I can look and see how complete they are and what condition. They have been there for years.

Everything still available from CASE, but $$$. I put together kits using as much aftermarket as I can, but CASE is the only supplier for the Sleeves & Pistons.

Jerry, do you have one of these engines for sale? I need one for my 351. The #2 cylinder is toast and unfortunately so is the block.
