I'm having problems with the knitter not cutting the twine and the knots are pulling out, appear to be good knots just are pulling out easy, any tips? Thanks

Put a little more tension on the billhook spring, and make sure the the button on the stripper arm is tight to the billhook and that the knife on the stripper arm is sharp. Also check to see if the tensioner in the twine box is threaded correctly and holding the twine so it doesn't loop when the billhook rotates.
