I installed this nice new 3 way valve to replace a very incorrect old 2 way that somebody else had put on my L years before I owned it. Now I can't figure out exactly how to completely turn off all the fuel flow, or for that matter remember how to turn it back on. So, there seems to be a constant slow flow of gas to the carb and then it slowly drips out all over my nice new paint job. Does anybody out there know how these things are supposed to work? I called the vendor associated with this site (from whom I bought it) and was told that none of them knew how it was supposed to work.
