Here is all I have on the dealer reward program Case ran in the early 80s. All the items will surface periodically, but I have never seen a sigle flying eagle statue. I assume most wouldn't ID it as a Case item, so they don't show up in collector circles. I have both coins, and the gold 2590, I have yet to buy one of the little statues.

The 2590 is actually plated. The plastic parts do show signs of red underneath, so they may be paint. We have an older bronze Agri King. That tractor has bronze paint, and chrome plastic parts that show no red underneath. I was told that one was given as part of an reward to a Racine employee that had 20 years perfect attendance.
