Help Identifying and a question?

I am posting this for a friend. He is looking at this tractor (see ink below) but the owner does not know the model, nor do I. Can anyone help me identify it?

Also he want to use it to brush hog. It does not look like it has a PTO, is it possible to add one and how big a deal is it?

looks to be a 420B you are right it has no pto they can be added but you need several parts and split the tractor it is no a real easy job might be easier to find a different tractor

Looks an awful lot like my 310B backhoe/loader. Loader is definitely the same. I did a bit of homework a few years ago about adding/converting to a pto. Not worth the effort

the tractor in the pic has a Case-O-Matic in it you can see the gauges and the COM laever on the left hand side of the dash opposite of the throttle

Thank you for the info. Not exactly what he wanted to hear. lol He was actually told he can buy it for less than the posted price so he may still get it and look for a pull behind mower with a stand alone motor....
