I know that several of the Guys and Gals here on this forum have tractors they take to shows to display for others to enjoy. I take my SC as often as I can because I enjoy the atmosphere and sharing stories of day’s gone buy with anyone who likes to talk tractors. Quite often parents with small children come buy to look at the tractor and the children want to sit on the tractor and play like they are driving and even have Mom or Dad take there picture. I have no problem letting the kids sit on the tractor, for some of them it makes there day. The smile you see on there faces is priceless. I always make sure one of the parents is there and that the tractor is disabled so it cannot start. At the last show I was told that I shouldn’t let the kid on the tractor because if an accident happened I could be liable. I hate not letting the little ones have some fun on these old tractors; I would hope it may spark some interest in some of the young ones to get involved in keeping the old tractors out of the scrap yards. What do you Guys think? Should I keeps the kids off the tractor and just say no to everyone? It’s sad that something like this even has to be considered but I guess its part of the world we live in today. Dennis
