I thought I would post the good ol' 1070 feeding the herd tonight. This tractor has been wonderful to me since I bought it last Fall.

I was fortunate and was able to finish planting beans a couple weeks ago. However there has been planting going on yesterday and today yet. Our soils are saturated as water seeping out of side hills now. This area needs heat and sunshine desperately to get this crop moving along. Hope all is well there, Rod.

Hi Gregg,
When the tractor and feed wagon are in the cattle yard they think it is the greatest scratching post there is. Also they like the challenge of trying to push the tractor instead of each other around. There just like little kids sometimes. LOL

Glad to hear your crops are in. I am behind spraying. Weeds are getting the best of me. Plenty of moisture up my way too.

Hee Hee Kurt you outa see me at feeding time and 50 pound lambs and 5 gal. pail, there a panic to say the least. I finally got my 200 bales of hay in last satuarday it got 2 inches of rain on it and layed out there for ah week!!! It's got be some of the worst hay I ever putup. Going to be tell'en the girls next winter how sorry I am. Sure hope my 2nd crop fairs better. At lease I got all the bugs out of borrow'ed JD 327 baler.

Is that a Heider auger wagon? They are small but very handy. Dad had one until he traded it and the mill for a grinder-mixer.

Nice looking 1070 to!

Yes, that is a Heider wagon. I call it my mini grain cart. Works really well. Thanks for the comments on the tractor.

Eric,
You should have seen this cattle yard about a month or so ago. LOL What a mess. I moved this feeder about 2 weeks ago to this spot in the pic. The cattle were in a soup hole where it stood before, too many years in the same spot.
