So while he was near , he stop in for a visit, and get some on farm , on tractor thearepy. He told me there was snow on the ground at home, and loved the chanse to reconectt to the farm, with a little discing on this old 1030. Bruce

Great picture Bruce, one you will keep for a long time, wow he is just 80 miles from me! And yes there is still snow in the shelterbelts.

Lamont,the "1031" appears to be a 1967 or 8, as it has a orange steering column.It still has canister fuel filters,so possibly a 1967

My '67 931, 932, and 1031 all have the sand-colored steering columns. I know the 932 came that way since my grandpa bought it new. Not sure on the others. I was going by the curved brake pedals. My '67s all have the straight brake pedal setup.

Hm,,,, that is odd, as the Desert Sunset was one of the signs of a "66" and the curved pedal"s as you spoke of. I"m sure you have verified your serial #s ,,,, just seems odd to me. Thanks for your reply on this.
