Spec-Cast X00B Series

Does anyone have a complete listing of the x00B series die cast tractors made by Spec-Cast? The ones I'm aware of include:

- 200B with a wide front and eagle hitch

- 300B with a narrow front

- 400B with a wide front and dual rear wheels

- 400B with a narrow front

I think I remember seeing a 200B with a narrow front... Are there any other variations? Did they ever make a 500B or 600B? - Joe

Joe,
Saw a 630 (641) gas trip. range on craigs list but I think it's a 530. Has 28" rears and and doesn't seem to me to set high enough. It has no tag. What's the easiest tell tale to look for. how do you destinguish the 188 gas from the smaller ones. It's not a 640 standard. Has power adjust rims.

Thanks

Andy

Joe these are all I have, I have never seen 500/600B toys, this 350B was a 150th toy I thogh spc cast did it also but not sure as the box is put up

Thanks Tom.... The narrow front 200B is indeed out there. The variant that I've not seen is a 300B wide front. It's interesting that they made a narrow and wide front for both the 200B & 400B, but only a narrow front 300B.

Your 350 round nose is excellent. I tried to buy one like it from a guy in Australia a few years back, but could pry my wallet open that far....

I wish someone would make 1/16 diecast versions of the various different 430-530-630 & 470-570 tractors.....

I have seen custom ones,,, it would not be a huge step to midify this "100" series model and make"30/70" series units so I can't see them using the startup cost for them to say no build

It has been a few years, but the last time I went to Dyersville to discussed getting a certain model built it took a letter requesting what you wanted, a tractor show or some other event, where it would be advertised as the featured tractor (sales), and the availability of a full size model so they could get measurements. There are other ways, but you don't have to lay out any money for dies this way.

Thanks for the information..... I'm not sure I want anything bad enough to pitch the idea, do the market research, provide the marketing planning, conduct their sales effort and provide the full sized model. What a business model.... I guess if Ertl and Spec-Cast can find people to do their work for free, why not. - Joe
