Favorite Case toy

What is your favorite toy model of a Case?

I like the newer casting 1370.

I am looking forward to the 1570 precision.

Goods:
FINALLY a case, and not a IH

Downfalls:
Pretty expensive
Previous casting

Pretty much like them all from the steam engine to Grey era, Flambeau, 30 series, 70 series, 90 series, to 4994. Biggest gripe is the fenders on the DC's. 40's fenders on Eagle hitch tractors. I guess the chinese don't check detail.

My favorite would be the 1030 western precision I brought home from local toy show few yrs back. Got a certain look from the wife, but after telling her that I needed one on the shelve to match the one in the shed still didnt help the situation lol. Scott

i don't have any. i was thinking about asking my friends wife about his diecast 930 i believe it's a ertl. i bought the 930 from him before he passed away. (he really liked it and wanted me to have it) i would like to buy it,not sure what it is worth? it's been 4 years not sure i should ask her ,i don't want to be insensitive.

Like my 930 Precision and the SC from Franklin Mint although its not completely accurate. Still waiting for the Super 400 in a precision model. Have a plastic version but they aren't as nice.

My two are a custom built Case 2290 with smooth hood from 2390 casting in 1/16 scale, and a 1/16 scale customized Case 1030 with duals, exhaust stack and air cleaner stack, and the later series paint.

My favorite Case toy would be the Millennium Steam
Engine made by Ertl in 1999. Beautiful Detail. I
have both versions.

I'm looking forward to the new 1570 precision Elite
also. I believe the shelf version will end up around
150 or 160 after a little time, but if you are
wanting the Spirit version be ready to pay 300 or
so. I will probably end up buying both eventually.

I was going for the same thing Ton did with the Case skidder the day he got all that snow. But I could not get the right shot! HEE!

I like the ERTL B.K. and Golden Demos. I just got the Millennium steam engine (hard to find).

The Precision 1570 should be nice. I would have preferred a 1070 as 4 versions could be made of that.

Currently I'm working on some 90 series High-Clears and 90 series open station customs. Hopefully they are done by Dyersville, so they can get sold there.

Just a side note to those overjoyed to see a CASE precision this year. IF it doesn't sell well, a CASE won't be made again soon. Better buy lots of them!!!

I had a 1030 when I was in the hospital in 1974. Had that for several years but dont anymore, wish I did though.
