I just sent my Dad"s Case haybaler to the scrap. Just as it was loaded on the trailer I pryed off the serial number tag and it is CM5359273. Any one know what year it was???
It was shot and I tried to give it away to a fellow Case Baler guy and he was not interested. The final demise was when the Big Fly wheel Broke all apart and ended up being a ring that got used for a while as a planter. I also saved the twine threading neddles which at one time got hit and broken all apart and welded which was a sucessful repair to the end. I have enough information to detail the history of the old machine since one summer I ran it behind a Allis WD in the hills but kind of wondered just what the date of manufacture was.Thanks in advance.
