DC Hydraulic Question

Hi Everyone,

I'm slowly starting the resto process on my DC. First step has been trying to stop all the oil leaks. Currently there are some pioneer ends on threaded pipe coming out of the hydraulic pump - the Case female ends are long gone. I would like to put on new hoses and return the hydraulic couplers back to their original location.

My question - what have you guys used to connect the pioneer ends to the case mount up top. The pioneer ends are much to narrow to even begin to tighten down. Is there another hose mount available somewhere? Did you make your own?

Matt

This is what I have done on my SC and DCs, You can get radiator
hose that will just slide over the pioneer ends, cut a band the with
of the bracket and then they will clamp down, Has worked good
for me but now I have a box of Case hyd ends from the SC, DCs
and 970. Hope this helps R.

They make several different kinds of brackets that
are available where hyd parts are sold. I got some
at my case dealer. The 70 series tractors just clamp
them on with u-bolts.
