The winter that just will not end!!!! Glad you got some moisture but 7 degrees? When it does warm up, we may go straight from winter to summer and skip spring. I just love Mother Nature (most of the time)

I"d go with winter and construction season! On a good year we are cutting wheat east of Cheyenne.
