Lots of water here in north central Indiana, to the east of us they got flooded in the towns of Kokomo, Tipton, and Elwood. We got lucky and ended up with about 5" within the last week, but east got about 3" more in one day! Needless to say it'll be a while before we plant anything!!

John ,
We got 6 1/2 inches in 48 hours .. Wed/thurs .. creeks were running and ponds are full again ...
It's been a mist on Fri. and strong winds ..20 - 30 mph ... Sat not a bad day ..
Sunday right now the SUN is shining ,,,,,,with rain coming towards evening and rain for the next 2days .. then hopefully nice the rest of the week .. wait and see on that ..

This is Pella , Iowa ......... mark

Not much rain yet, but we got lots of this. This was taken last thurs or fri.

Here are a few photos from Fridays newspaper here in Gurnee, Illinois. I live 3/4 mile from where these photos were taken and all is dry here at my home. Neighbor across the road from me had a foot of water in his basement. 6 inches of rain will do that. Things are getting better around town but the main east/west road in the photos is still closed today.

Here in SE WI we have had the wettest start to the year in history. Cold too, wheat fields still brown, just like the hay fields and lawns. Had snow flurries today, calling for rain tomorrow. The sun is shining now, starting to see the tile lines in the fields. A couple of weeks for sure before anyone will even think about getting in the field. Trying to find places to get rid of the manure is a real treat! Can't even get up to the pile, good thing the 2096 is 4WD!

NE indiana near FT Wayne has had over 4" last week. most of it Thursday night into Friday morning. All rivers and creeks I've seen have run over the banks. Wet Fields???? The one across the road from my house has about 20 acers flooded, Field all over are flooded and will be unable to plant for weeks. Last year at this time alot of corn and soybeans were planted. One guy was baling first cut hay,Not This Year!! LOL Doug
