well they say we are set up for 4"-6" of snow in the next 24 hrs I hope they are right, I went up and brought the 770 and drills to the shop as I am sure they need cleaned out after the snow from a week or so ago and with the next storm predicted I think it will be at least another 5-10 days before I can finish up seeding, the ther pic was the odd clouds this morning cnt

Glad to hear your getting moisture, hate to complain about getting it but we got more than our share last week. Tornadoes east of us, and lot's of flooding. Sure wish we could send some to those that need it. Calling for more rain this week. Scott
 
Nutty, will you be using your "new" drill this spring, the "sidewinder", I forget the model of it but I was hoping to see it in action!
Good to hear about the moisture as long as its rain and not snow like we have been getting here. Not even 50* forecasted untill next weekend. Good to see you have some crop in, it will love the moisture. We wont be in the field till atleast may.
 
Tom, I always heard growing up, get the grain seeded, and pray for snow. Poor mans fertilizer! Your 770 and drill sure look nice, if only they still built tractors and machinery like that today. I spent a lot of time on our 770, wish I had it back. It was traded on a 1690, what a mistake!
