This is the disc my friend Jeff bought last year. When we found it on the net it looked great, you could still see the bevel on the edge. It was in Kansas and I went down to get it. When I got there it looked good with only 1 cracked blade. We ran it over less than 300 acres total and still had to get out the old Oliver disc to finish. I've never seen blades break up like this. They wore down too, from almost 20" to 18 now, on the few not broken ones. The name is Tuff Edge and they seem thick. I recomend you don't buy any Tuff edge blades.

Case/IH blades are made from what they call EARTHMETAL. They were showing the difference at trade show one year punching holes in a IH vs competition. The IH ones you could punch a hole threw and the competition would crack. Dang I miss selling IH and Case stuff.
