transmission location

I need help figuring out where to drain the tranny oil and the amount to put back in on my sc case serial number 5510763sc. Where the fill plugs and drain plugs are located.

The Fill hole is on the right side of the seat behind the axle 1/8" pipe plug. I always look for the plug that is about the same height as the axle. Don't confuse it with the fill plug on the left side which is for the hydrolic fluid.

Drain hole is easy to spot as it is on the right side below the belt pulley and the lowest point on the transmission housing.

11 gallons on 90-140 wt oil at any farm store will do it.

Are you sure that is the fill plug or it is an 1/8" NPT plug?? It would take hours to pour 11 gallons of 90-140 wt trans/differential fluid through a hole that is about 3/8" in diameter, especially if it was a cool day.

I thought that hole was the fluid level hole and there is another, low level plug close to it and a little lower as I remember on the SC. I cannot recall where the fill plug was but the fluid level plugs are about as you describe.
