2090 brake issue

A guy brought me in a 2090 today with a brake problem. Im very busy at this time so i dont have alot of time to diagnose the problem and he needs the tractor. So im looking for thoughts on it that might give me a direction. He said it had brakes when parked in January but doesnt now. So i told him how to bleed it out. He said he couldnt get hardly anything out the bleed screws. I drove it off the truck and it doesnt have even a sign no matter how much you pump them. We have resealed many internal orings on them but they always pumped up. I have never had a brake box problem anyone had this type of trouble before? thanks Thad

Once in the while I will run across a tractor that got air in the brake system after sitting a few months. My theory is if they worked properly when parked they should work properly again after air removal. I have occasionally had difficulty in getting a 90 series air free, I don't know why. But continued pumping and bleeding has always eventually corrected the problem. After air removal the problems tractor I have worked on have been fine with no other repairs. That's my experience with that issue. Rod.

Just wanted to mention , remember those darn bleed screws will get plugged with dirt preventing proper bleeding, Rod.

I was going to bleed them myself again but since he had i was thinking of another problem. I just have to remember k.i.s. keep it simple. I have the bad habbit of thinking of the worst first. lol Thanks for the thoughts. Thad
