Sometimes when I let off the creaper pedal in all ranges the tractor does not move, but if i ps to 2nd it takes off. Do I have a bad clutch switch? Or could it be the circuit card? or worse?

Its quite possibly the circuit board, but I would test before replacing. Just had a 2094 doing the same and it was the board.

most likely its the circuit board. my 2294 was acting up recently too turned out that mine had one of the wires that attaches to the circuit board that had some corrosion on the terminal cleaned it up and she's good as new again.

I recently had one that only had reverse and acted weird when shifting,
I found the microswitch levers at the inching pedal were sticking and holding the switches in the wrong position. A little pb blaster made it work right but I replaced both switches as a precaution, Just one other item to check.
