CASE management was firmly incharge in almost every facet of the new company. The story of 57? IH vice presidents being brought on is TOTAL LIES. I don't believe IH had 57 vice presdents in their entire history.
The CASE management team made some good and some bad decisions, but they had to live with thier outcome. Looking back, the merger COULD HAVE been much more sucessful, but personal EGO and vendetta played a role in many behind the scenes activities. Only recently have some of them been revealed.
