I needed some chicken feed , and the co-op cracks my corn to course .. so I do it with what I have ... a yard chipper and my dump trailer .. Got the oats in the grain-o-vator and shelled corn in the trailer .. Got the tractors out and skid loader and grind some chicken feed .. as I put the ground corn in the grain-o-vator .. I had it running to mix .. it worked just... took awhile but got it done ... THANK GOODNESS .. I only do this about ever 8-9 months .. only used 1400 lbs oats and 800 lbs corn .. the chipper does a great job .. run it wide open and feed corn slow .. it cracked the corn fine enough for me .. and the chickens ..lol Just thought I would share my big farming thing ... had fun using the tractors .. My La on dump trailer and the S on the grain-o-vator .. my son help me .. hes in the picture.. ....... mark |

| | Not only do you make GREAT calendars, you really have alot of creativity. And I thought it was just an excuse to play with the tractors, silly me. Mike |

| I have a 15 HP chipper shredder that I have run ear corn through for chicken feed. A grinder mixer would be nice for the 2-3 times a year I would use it. |

| You should show us a picture of the final product! I would think you could find an old grinder mixer for scrap price and really make the Case grunt. I have 2 of them here that are going to scrap soon. |
