Back in the day I went to a local tech college for diesel mechanics. We had a special clean room for working on injection pumps. It had its own air filtering system and all the special tool and testers etc. We were all warned escpecially about Roosamaster pumps how critical cleanliness was. All we were missing was the wizard to come and put the spell on these pumps so they would work again. Now it appears many of you folks are overhauling these things on the kitchen table. Have you had good luck do-it-yourselfing these? I have been scared to touch these things because our teacher pounded this into our heads.
