Chuck,
I happened to catch Clasic Tractor Feaver on RFDTY this afternoon. One of their features showed a fellow with a last name of Cloyd, didn't catch location, but he had 3 Big 400s restored and at least two more lerking in the back of his yard waiting their turn in the shop. The three they showed wer a NF Row Crop, a Hi Crop gas, and a real squatty standard with shell fenders. The two in the rear appeared to be westerns, one a LP.
This guy has it made as his wifey drives them also.
You would have needed to ware a bib, or you would have drooled all over your shirt!!! HeHe.
You may be able to view it on (clasic tractor feaver. com)?

HEE! HEE! Thats great.I checked with my local cable provider,we have two_One carries rfd-tv and they are not playing fair with rfdtv on contract negotiations. Rfd suggests a letter from all faithfull subscribers to notify Verizon of their displeasure.I hope to get a dvd copy of that episode so I will save my drool for now!I can just see in mymind how they have been restored to their early glory.I got out to the farm today and fired her up.Been pretty stressed this week, and some how by letting her idle there, much of my frustations washed away in a short period.Tackling the rims and pulling the seat for rework will keep me on an even keel this weekend! Thanks for thinking of me! Chuck Our best to you and yours!

Hi Loren:

I know whom you are talking about. Neil Cloyd, lives over by Ames Ia. I met him at Waukee one summer when we featured case. Been some years ago. He has a 400 Industrial that he got from Penn. It has a mechanical reverser, a short lever on the left side near the seat base. It has power steering, a short cylinder on the output side of the steering box. The 400I might have been one of them you saw. He had the high crop there too, I drove it in the parade one time for him. Neil used to be on the Hawkeye board at Waukee.

Thanks.

Charley gold medal winner and world champion powerlifter.

Charley,
Where have you been??? I haven't seen you on here in quite some time. I hope all is well with you. Thank you for your letter last spring when dad passed.
