Went to an old junkyard and this Case was in there. The serial tag was gone the block is cracked otherwise it is pretty complete. The owner said we would dell tractors out whole.

A single front on a chicken roost RC is fairly rare. At least I haven't seen any. It is probably more rare than dual front wheels on a over-the-top RC. And, yes, you push the clutch lever forward to engage.

it'a an RC, for the money it will take to fix you can buy a runner but it would be worth something as a parts donor

Look at the rear axel on this R C. Then look at a rear axel on a CC , you will see that they are not even close to beig the same. clint

C.Amick
I note with interest you note regarding the clutch lever movement on a model "RC" tractor.

No the clutch lever on the model's "L", " C ", early " D " and " RC" tractors are ALL mounted on the right hand side of the transmission, and YES they are all puled back to engage, and pushed forward to disengage. Then with the Falmbeau Red tractors, the levers were mounted on thje left side of the transmission - these were pushed forward to engage and pulled back to disengage the clutch. I am sure that a Waukesha engine would NOT fit up to a model "CC" or "C" tractor Transmissin housing. Hope that this clears up your query.

Afraid i have to disagree with you.i have a 36 and a 38 RC and you push forward to engage the clutch. when you pull back that engages the belt pulley brake pad on the pulley.

Early Rs came with Wauk FK or FKJ (35-6??) later replaced by FC, sometimes shown as the FC9T (the "9T" being the works code for accessories etc (ign, carb etc)...

Are you sure it isn't and RC instead of a CC ?
I had an RC several years ago that looked a lot like it.

That's an RC, smaller than a CC. Looks like a '37 or '38 model.

Did the hand clutch push forward to engage on an RC like it did on the SC?
