Loren, you as well as a few others on here could answer this, John, Tom, Melvin, et al. I have seen the square nose design on tractors called a 350 in the past on eBay and other sites. Were there some 350s made with the 500b/600b sheet metal or were these tractors misnamed in the ads? If so how many and the 350 was made in row crop/general purpose only right? As well my 630 Section A service manual says to use the 500b/600b/350 services manual until all sections of the 630 series manuals had been produced so that lead me to believe there were a few square nose 350s around. | Jim, There was a lot going on between 1957 and 1958. You can take a 511B like mine and exchange the front cast nose peice and hood sheet metal and you would have a 350. I'm sure that Case had leftovers and used them some where, BUT???? I know this doesn't answer your question, but there are lots of oddities in Case tractors, with the options they offered their dealers, and the time frame they were assembled in. Loren |

| | Thanks Loren, when this post came up it aroused my curiosity. I ran across what was advertised as a 350 on eBay a while back but it looked for all the world like a 511B. May have been a real late 350 and they outfitted with new sheet metal or an owner cobble together. Sorry I didn"t pursue that with some research now cuz it went pretty cheap but was far from me.
