 blow this pic up and to the left of the Eagle hitch cylinder you can see a "L" bracket with two holes one hole is for the light to mount the other is for the thrid link hitch pin with a chain attached for holding the link when nothing is hooked to the Eagle hitch, this is a 1951 VAC

| looks like the seat base has a bracket welded to it I can get a better pic in the morning if you like
