The dc arrived home tonight. Fired right up and got to drive it around the yard some. It didn't get here til after dark tho, so pics will be tomorrow

Hi Jon,
I read you were getting your dad's DC tractor home. That is so cool. Was it gone from your family lately, I mean different ownership that you are getting it back? I tried finding some of my Grandpa's tractors from when he retired from farming back in the 70's with no luck. I always thought it would be great to find an old family heirloom piece of machinery to bring back home. Glad you got the tractor back. Good luck.

I had to sell everything with value a few years ago when My wife got sick. Was able to find a nephew that said he would buy the DC and hold it til I could buy it back. Was able to pay him back this week.

this allways a good thing to hear that someone got their family tractor back i redid my wifes grand fathers dc back about ten years ago my wife was tickled to death to see it running and all of the stories of riding on it anways enjoy it
