kwoodrum 01-21-2013 14:29:13 75.90.149.32 Report to Moderator	Re: Paint Question in reply to John Saeli, 01-21-2013 11:11:28   I have a picture of my grandfathers 430 he bought new in 1967 the picture is 1970 and generator and starter are flambo the oil filter was gold with black stripes.i had the picture enlarged for the detail so i can restore it and everything is painted flambo. the tack cable is not painted. Just like everything Case, the brochures show every possible combination. Some have the generator and starter painted Flambeau. Some have the starter painted Flambeau, and the generator painted black, and some have both painted black. My preference is to paint them black because of the contrast it allows. [Reply]  [No Email]
