Has the CNH webite removed the older Case letter series, hundred and 30 series parts books?
I have used the CNH website for years and it has been changed several times, but I have always been able to figure it out.
I was just wondering if anyone else has noticed this or has any info about the website.
Thanks Nick

Nick, I have used it in the past but when I try now it has a totally different format comes up,,, that sounds about right as in their mind who would run/fix this old outdated equipment,, this type of stuff really steams me,,, this among other things is why I will NEVER buy any thing that CNH/Fiat has in the Case AG line,, not that they care who needs a small time farmer like me any way OK rant over LOL

You must be looking in the wrong place. I just found the DC, SC, 800, and 830 on the website with no problems. Yes, they have been in the process of updating the site lately and there have been a few changes in the formatting but the parts books are still there.

Nick, Near the top of the new page there is a icon that says search, click on it and it will give you a place to type in model I just tried DC, 400, and 830 they all came up 1194 did not HTH JIM

John is right I just checked it goes back to 1939 BUT who ever ptogrammed it has a dead link when you click on page 2 of the Case legacy list to find letters L, S, V, etc. 100 series and 30 series is still there too.

No sign in required. Start here: http://partstore.caseih.com/us/

1. On the left side of the screen, under the CaseIH logo, click on "Find Parts by Model"

2. In the center of this screen, click on "Find by Model"

3. On the left side of the screen under Find by Model are two icons, browse and search. Click on "Search" A box pops up, enter your model here. A listing of anything with that model will appear, click on the model you are looking for.

4. A group of file folders shows up on the left hand side of the screen. If you're looking at an older model there will just be one folder, so click on the "No Description" folder and your parts books should appear.

I agree, the "old" site was easier to navigate. The "new" site makes it possible to order parts online through your dealer and also integrates with an app for smartphones. Some people may have no use for this but it makes it very easy to look up parts in the field when you're away from the computer. It is actually designed with the farmer in mind. Hope this helps.

I absolutely agree John the old format was very user friendly and this one sucks!!!They don't even have some of the older stuff where there are s/n breaks, what if I need the part for before that s/n break???

Nutty, I just came from the CIH dealer, the parts guys there would like to get their hands on the idiots that screwed up the system, they hate this new one. Rod.

Joe, used your link and got there. started thru the system and then it just froze up.must be a piece of crap.

Following this issue on a number of other forums!!

Seems the case guys ( and New Holland) have a few glitches in their new web based systems, they are sorting them but it takes time

Looking for the old models is not easy particularly as the programmers for the new system only recognise current stuff and to them history means diddly squat???
