When the 500 came out Case dealers were expected to do their own diesel diagnostic and repair service and have a clean, spacious place to do it in. Many of these small dealerships were car dealers, on the farm dealers, gas stations, co-ops, etc. that never had any service facilities for farm machinery, or qualified personnel, for that matter. A lot of the dealers just gave up or were cancelled at that time. This rule could be bent if you sold a lot of machinery however. Don   [Reply]  [No Email]
