I have a dozen or so of them oldest double acting implement cylindersI have are from bail hitches on SC/DC tractors, I have never sen one with implement green before, would be interesting to see a pic if you can cnt

I agree. The oldest ones we have do have a depth control on them and are about 4" in diameter. Never seen any green ones. The lifting bail ones are a short stroke cylinder not the 8" stroke.

good to know as I have never measured the bail cylinders, the next oldest I have, have the mechanical depth stop also I think I have 3 1/2" as well as 4" most of the ones I have are late "30 and 70" series with the hyd lock depth stops all of these are 4" I even have two NOS barrels for these late ones cnt

ill try Mr. Nutty. the cylinder is kinda funny looking. it has a fairly small diamter bore though
