930CK gas manifold

Well guys I am working on what is turning into a piece of s### 930CK gas!The exhaust manifold is not good.Nobody seems to have one in captivity.Any suggestions on where to find one? Part numbers A32614 and A24547(two piece). Don L. and Elmers don't.The LP. version won't work. I have found one but the outlet is in the middle instead of on one end. What does that go on???Can't find it in any parts book I have. Thanks for any help,Paul

Here is a pic. left casting number is A24546. and the right is A24547. Bolts together in the middle.
May be a W series Construction manifold ?? It is in nice condition.

The center exhaust was for the earlier 930's. You might try Mike's Eqt in Buhler, KS. THey should be in the book. Bob

I"m going through the same ordeal.

The gas manifolds use short manifold studs with retainer flats to hold the manifold in place

I am using a diesel exhaust manifold but you will have to drill holes in the flange area so you can bolt it on.

You will also have to lightly grind clearence for the studs between the exhaust and intake manifolds

The centre exhaust ( as shown in Don's picture) was used on the 930CK diesel up until about 1964. There are slight differences between the gas and diesel ones. The 2 piece exhaust manifold used on the later 930s is available aftermarket last time I checked.

Thanks for the picture Don, I wondered what it looked like. Also haven't ruled that route out yet. Diesel manifolds are available aftermarket but like Don said they are totally different. The gasoline version has to bolt and connect to intake manifold to transfer heat, that is why LP. will not work either.

Gasoline engines were not available until 930CK drft-o-matic tractors were introduced in 1965.Prior to that LP.or diesel was the only option and neither will work.

Don I have found where that manifold could have been used,in a picture on some old literature I have it shows a 6 cyl. gas stationary power unit with manifold exhausting in center.

do you need the whole thing or just one of the 2 parts?
I might know where a front outlet gas CK manifold is but It seams like one of the 2 sections has a piece out of it.
