Shane, mine is 832#### and it was made in August of 1968. Yours must be one of the last for 1968. Tom, I thought there was a big serial number break at 830#### or 831####.

Looks like you have a 1968 "1031",I always liked the styling of the "1031"much better then the others out there.
I have my eye on one right now that I sold many years ago out of the dealership, its just sitting in a shed.
Great find Shane

Looks like someone took the wraparound weights off. But it does have a starter weight. Are the inside wheel weights on it?

Looks nice! Must be a 66 or 67 as 68's had spin on filters.

Shane has yet to get me the serial Jim, I hav eyet to see a 67 with the Flamebeau colum, as to filters lot of 68's here that had canister filters, we installed some of the kits on these around here back in the day for a spin on oil filter, I should do some digging into the serial break when the change happened, got me thinking now lol

Must be a 68. A 69 wouldn't have the upper grill screen or a canister oil filter.
