I found a 330 baler not far from me and thought I would like it. What was the problem with them and what were the updates. This one is a wire tie and is missing one needle. He says it wasn't broke, Just lost it.
Any needles available anywhere.

Thanks for your time. Appreciate you dealers input and knowledge about the old cases.

as to the updates only first year production units needed them (1967) there was a plunger modifcation and new parts on the pickup, unless this baler was never updated and was parked after one or two years of light use I would say it's 68 or newer and is fine with that, one thing to look at is the feeder head as they wear but are repairable if its still all there, as to the needle a wire unit will be harder to find but am sure some where there is one, I will look but I do not know if I have any extras, if they are keep in time and serviced they are not all that bad of a baler, not super high capacity but fine for a small farm cnt

I picked up a case square baler from a neighbor. Where would I find a model number on it. It has sat outside for many years and is pretty well rusted, but I figured some of you guys would want some parts off it.

the later 200/220/230/330 balers had a serial tag on the frame by the flywheel maybe the scans with help you identify cnt
