I HAVE A CASE 1570 THAT HAS 2000 PSI AT REMOTES BUT WONT PICK UP THE IMPLEMENT.THE TRACTOR SHIFTS AND PULLS FINE IN ALL THE RANGES AND GEARS IN THE POWERSHIFT.THE PTO WORKS AND ALSO THE 3PH ALSO WORKS AS I HAVE BEEN PULLING A 3PH CHISEL PLOW WITH IT.THE PRESSURE AT THE REMOTES IS 1000 PSI IDLING AND 2000 AT FULL ENGINE RPM.THE PRESUURE ALSO STAYS THE SAME AT REMOTES AS I SHIFT THREW ALL 3 GEAR ON THE TRANS.I THINK I MAY HAVE A PROBLEM ON THE REMOTE HYDRAULIC VALE RELIEF VALVE,I NEED SOME GUIDANCE.THANKS GUYS.I HAVE FLOW FROM REMOTES WHILE RUNNING OIL INTO A BUCKET.PLEADE HRLP ME TAKE A STEP FORWARD

I don't have my manual any more or I would tell you what the pressure should be. Has that tractor been used with that implement before? I bought a heavy disk at a sale and my 1370 could not lift it. The previous owner had too small of a diameter cylinder on it. I put a larger cylinder on and it lifted just fine.

Are your hydraulic couplers locking up and blocking the flow? If you feel the hoses you can tell if there is pressure in the hose. Should be pressure on one hose to lift, and one hose to lower. There should never be high pressure in both hoses.

I HAVE NEVER USED THE REMOTES BEFORE NOW.I TOOK THE HOSES OFF THE CYLINDER AND THEY FLOW INTO A BUCKET FINE.IM GO TRY A LARGER DIAMETER CYLINDER,THANKS FOR THE REPLIES.

Do you have the hoses hooked up properly? My neighbors 1070 hooks up one hose in each of the pairs of outlets, not both hoses in one "pair" of outlets like IH,JD etc. I don't know if this is how all CASE's work or just something weird on this tractor.

I HAVE THE HOSES HOOKED UP IN A STAGGERED PATTERN.ONE AND THREE FOR A PAIR.THEN TWO AND FOUR FOR A PAIR.THANKS FOR THE REPLIES

I don't have a 1570 Parts Book, but if it is the same as the 1370, & if I understand correctly, I think the connection is your problem. As best as I can tell, you should be in pairs, starting from the left, 1&2 for a circuit, & 3&4 for a circuit. Please keep us posted.

The hoses on a 1570 should be hooked either both on the right pair or both on the left pair. The 70's from 1170 and down are matched top and bottom, so they are opposite.

Simple test to make sure plumbing is correct. Unpin the cylinder from the implement and make sure you can move it back and forth with the tractor. If you cannot move it with no weight on it, a larger cylinder won't help. Dave

THANKS FOR EVERYONES HELP.I FOUND THE RELIEF VAVLE ON THE REMOTE VALVE ORINGS WERE MISSING.I HAD TO TAKE THE RIGHT TIRE OFF AS THIS TRACTOR HAS THE 30.5-32 TIRES ON IT.I DIDNT HAVE ANY ROOM TO WORK ON IT WITH THE TIRE ON.I WILL UPDATE WITH THE OUTCOME LATER BUT THE HOSES GOING TO THE REMOTES ARE FLEXING AND ENGINE LUGGING DOWN WHEN I OPERATE THE REMOTE LEVER .I THINK I GOT IT FIXED.CLINT
